Promptness is appreciated for all appointments as a courtesy to the stylist as well as other clients. If you are running late, please call, anything more then 10 minutes you will be asked to reschedule and the cancellation policy applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
12 hours notice is required in order to cancel or change your appointment. This includes any part of multiple service appointments.

1st offense: 50% of the scheduled services will charged and added to your rescheduled appointment
2nd offense: 100% of the scheduled services will be charged, a credit card will be required when reserving your next appointment.
3rd offense: 100% of the scheduled services will be charged and the relationship will be severed.

We are located in Seven Bridges off of Rt. 53 in between 63rd Street, and 55th Street, on the West side of the street. The entrance is on the East side of the building and says SASS above it. Come through the doors and come up the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. Once you were at the top of the stairs, go right, open the door go down The hallway to Suite number 3.
